On the earlier years of Charles Phillips Oracle, his journey has led him to work for many different companies and institutions as he worked his way up the ladder. Charles initially started his career as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, he was in the servitude of his country for years and although he graduated with a major in BS Computer Science in the United States Air Force Academy, he still ended up serving in the marine corps for a couple of years.

The Marine Corps and the air force is not the only place where he grew his studies, he also graduated in different universities, he got an MBA at the Hampton University, plus he also has another degree called JD from the New York Law School. So from studying the entire realm of all things Information Technology, Charles absorbed everything he knew and went on to purse his career.

By the time Charles Phillips was ready and prepared to take on the future challenges ahead of him, he applied as a Managing Director at the Morgan Stanley Group, his employment here became very essential not just to his co-workers but more importantly to his bosses. Apart from working at the Morgan Stanley Company, Charles also worked as a Director in the Jazz at Lincoln Center and the American Museum of Natural History. Working as a Director for these companies have given Charles the advantage to oversee the entire industry of how things normally work for a business, thus giving him more the craving to explore his options and above all his skills and knowledge.

Charles Phillips grew tired of serving as a Director for these companies, so he then decided to embark on a new journey; he wanted to work for some banking institutions in Wall Street. This is the time where he pushed himself to the limit by impressing everyone in the company, and since he has garnished an extensive experience, people saw the potential in his performance. Because of this he immediately got a job offer he couldn’t resist, he was chosen to be appointed as the President for the Oracle Company should he ever take the offer. Working for the Oracle Company was such a big reward for Charles, his skills increased, his knowledge further improved, and since he continues to grow wherever work place he may be assigned to, Charles then again got another job offer from one of the largest ERP business software providers the Infor Corporation.
